I was invited to interview with a 2 person panel. The interview went really went and was even told I "checked all the boxes" Upon being transparent regarding the on-site location and where I reside for the commute, there was a follow-up to the hiring manager to further discuss in the next interview. Well, that next interview never happened, nor any follow-up regarding the commuting questions. There was no constructive feedback to the generic rejection email, even with the screening interview going very well and obviously meeting all the criteria they are looking for. As someone who has been a TA Partner for some time, these lack of follow-ups and auto rejections continue to give our profession and field a bad look. I expected more from Indeed Flex.
