Prescreen, Interview, Interview with VP, Presentation based on Scenario + Panel Interview. The scenario was based on data that they had, which was conflicting in several areas to properly assess. I ended up making assumptions to do the presentation on how to improve conversions and increase recruiter performance.

How do you get to growth with the same team and increase productivity.
Multiple rounds and each interviewer was very nice. My only complaint is each member seemed to have a different idea on what the role was. This caused the interview process/discuss with certain team members to be a challenge based on some questions asked in their particular interview.
