I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Basic phone screen, then come in and meet hiring manager. Pretty typical questions.
Best part about process was the openness of the HR representative.
Seemed very old school and shrouded in office politics.
It took almost two months to find anything out.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Independence Blue Cross (Phila, PA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Met with two VPs as recommended by the hiring executive officer. The first VP was emotional and disparaging of the organization. Complained how poorly things were run. The second VP seemed disinterested in the interview. I believe I got the job because I had a strong resume and the VPs were not interested in performing more interviews. There was very little advisement or understanding of the position responsibilities.
