The interview process began with a phone screening, where we discussed my background, skills, and overall experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA). This was followed by two interview rounds. The first was a technical discussion focused on my expertise in automation, testing frameworks, and problem-solving approaches. The second round was a team-fit conversation, where we discussed collaboration, communication style, and how I align with the company’s culture and values.
