I was with the company as a contractor and after I demonstrated expertise they interviewed me for a full-time position. I interviewed with the hiring director and his direct report managers. The interview was brief, as all concerned had considered my performance and organizational fit before inviting me to interview.

Easy interview process that took a couple of weeks. Very kind staff that explained the process very clearly. More behavioral questions that asked how you worked with people in previous jobs.
I completed the application, HR called for phone interview, then hiring manager called for brief phone interview, then zoom interview with hiring supervisor and 2 others. Called within the week to offer the job

fairly easy, was emailed with a coupe of days and interview the next week, questions came from a Google search anyone could easily find, and were easy to answer. There was no discussion about the position unless I asked questions, which I did in order to understand the position past the job posting
