Indiana University Health Lab Assistant interview questions

Applied online and heard back a month and a half later. There is an initial Microsoft Teams interview with a team lead describing the role and responsibilities. The team lead also went over scheduling and the on-call rotation system they use. This initial interview is mainly used to ensure the applicant is interested in the role and if the applicant wants to continue you move on into an in-person interview with a job shadow as well. The in-person interview consisted of the team lead and an additional senior lab assistant that will ask basic questions for the role. This part took about 30-45 minutes and was laid back and chill. The shadow was pretty interesting as they allotted about an hour for you to follow a senior lab assistant and ask questions and get a general vibe of the place. Overall the job shadow was pretty cool and I highly recommend anyone who does it the oppurtunity to ask questions and make as many observations as you can. After the shadow they will walk you out.
