You apply on their website then you will get either an auto rejection email or invitation to an interview. Then you do 2 rounds of interviews then if you are not selected you will get an email ( and sometimes not) , but they do not tell why you were not selected

Interview
There were multiple round of interviews. First was with the hiring manager, then with HR and then with the VP of the product line. During the interview, general knowledge about ones experience is asked, why do I want to join Infineon and the team and what are my strengths/weakness. Also, question like my expectation and how I would be able to handle situations that arise in the future. It was a nice experience.
