4 interviews with different team members and a 25 minute presentation. Reached the final interview stage and was told I would hear back within 2 weeks. I didn't get a phone call or email and only found out I didn't get the job after following up myself. Equally unimpressed to see they'd used my presentation ideas on social media weeks later.
