I was brought in for an interview for a support position, and when I arrived, the Custom Development team was there to interview me. I was never informed that I would be having two interviews. The Support Representative Interview consisted of an interview and problem solving assessment from the Manager, a peer interview with multiple people, and an interview with the head of the department.
