It was very different for me. No whiteboard interview as I had plenty of recent code to show, straight out of college, with an upcoming expected graduation date. Interviewed for an internship, but they asked if I wanted to interview for a full time role, which I did. Let them know I was there, waited for a bit in the lobby, then the manager of the team I was being considered for came out to meet me. We then walked around the corner to an all glass meeting room (this is how most of the building is setup) and there were 4 other developers from the team already waiting. Went through your typical round of questions, so tell me about why you want to work here, what makes you a good fit for this role, what do you like most about Infinite Campus, etc. Then talked about my college project, and asked questions. After they went through their list of questions, they asked if I had any for them. I asked maybe 20 question. Then went on to the HR portion of the question, and maybe took 25min. At the end I asked for a tour of the building, and got one. IT was interesting to see everything, how big the place is, who I would be working for if hired for the role, etc. It was a good experience.
