I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infinite Computing Systems (Andheri) in May 2017
Interview
Well I was interviewed for Research analyst position which was moreover about HR/ Recruitment. In all four rounds were conducted. The first round was a one on one HR round where we tested on the basis of our fluency and interests. The second round was an Aptitude round where we asked near about 30 Questions and we were suppose to solve them in 30 minutes. I would the aptitude questions were of intermediate level. After that a technical round was conducted by two of the senior managers of the company, because the candidate who gets selected were suppose to conduct HR/Recruitment for IT Department only. Technical questions were quite simple for a BE Grad. The questions were completely based on C and java fundamentals. After clearing the Technical round later was the final round with the operations head of the company who was sitting in US.(The company is US based and works on a medium scale with 500+ employees). The round was obviously on Skype and the interviewer has only one goal, that is to understand why the candidate is opting for this job. As a candidate all you have to do is convince him that you can handle the job responsibility and you are willing to work as an HR/Recruiter.
The interview process was quite smooth.
Result : Got selected
