Multiple interviews with both recruitment company and InfoTrack. Very open about expectations, the company and its culture. Skype and face-to-face interviews. Was a very friendly environment and I felt very relaxed (but still nervous which I think is great because it means you really want it). Got a tour of the office on my 3rd interview (2nd with InfoTrack, other one had been with the recruiter). I was approached by the agency through LinkedIn.
