Process began with a video call with the hiring manager where we spoke about the role, my experience and interest, and the company itself. The hiring manager told me she'd like to have my interviewed by the rest of the team and that I would also need to complete a mandatory logic/reasoning (CCAT) and personality assessment that's required for all new hires. I scheduled the CCAT and personality assessment, and a member of the team from Canada joined a call with me to begin the assessment. I completed both assessments using the online link provided and was told I'd hear back by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything back for over a week and when I reached out to the recruiter for information, I was simply given a generic auto-generated email stating that they had extended an offer to someone else. It was a very pleasant interview experience right up until the sudden ghosting and lack of feedback after putting in so much of my own time to accommodate their process.
