I underwent three interview rounds. The first and second rounds, which comprised technical questions and practical sourcing experience, went well. Post that I was approached for the third round of the CEO interview. He hardly took the interview for seven minutes throughout the interview, and during that time he didn't even ask any questions about the hiring procedure. He merely accepted my introduction as given, and I think that rather from wasting time learning about me, he could have dismissed the profile by looking at my candidature.
