Interview
There were 3 rounds in total. First 2 were technical and another director level and HR at last. Everyone has decent knowledge and questions asked were of moderate level. Everything went fine and I answered almost 90% of questions . HR was also happy with my expected salary and said he'll release offer within couple of days. Recruiter asked to share my counter offer then they got completely disappeared.
The tech interview on a DevOps position was adequate. The questions were about Linux, Cloud skills (mostly AWS), networking. No leetcode or any similar ridiculousness was involved. Two people were interviewing me and overall the questions and everything else was reasonable, which I liked. I got an offer and accepted it.
