During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Three interviews before getting the job. First with HR, then director, then three people - director, senior consultant and associate consultant. Afterwards you get the job. The interview process is pretty straight forward
