It was easy going and exciting! The manager was accommodating and wanted to help me through the process. There was a case study portion to the interview where they sent an email with a situational scenario that I needed to evaluate and explain how I would handle the situation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume
Was very straightforward and asked basic questions expected from HR interviews. Be sure to understand the business model, competitors and how you would be a fit for their team. They prefer people with more than 1 year experience
Easy to follow. 3 step process with initial round, mock interview and manager briefing. First interview is pretty easy with basic questions about oneself, second is a mock interview and third is high level with the Senior Manager. That helped me walk through the process easily.
Overall interview process, first call with recruiter, second interview with team leader. Then theres a prospecting exercise and a mock call test. Last interview is with the sales director. Went through all the stages but they went forward with someone with ”more experience”
