Infor Director, Solution Consulting Data and Analytics interview questions

Phone call with recruiter. Call went well and the recruiter mentioned she would setup a call with the hiring manager. I immediately sent the recruiter a thank you email. I did not hear back. I waited a bit as it was the holidays and contacted the recruiter again after 2 weeks, nothing. I am shocked at how bad the hiring process has become with some companies. In the middle of the great resignation, the fact that a person cannot reply after stating they will follow up is inexcusable. Even worse, finding candidates is this person's job.
