Infor Senior Account Executive interview questions

Recruitment Manager (1st Interview), Hiring Manager (2nd Interview) asked for feedback got none, (3 week wait during which time i completed an online psych assessment, again no feedback or communication) Panel Interview (3rd Interview) asked for feedback got none , (2 week wait again no communication), Managing Director (4th Interview), (3 week wait, about to pull the pin, then....), (References requested), (4 days later after no communication I proactively called to find out I wasn't hired). Total Time 10+ Weeks. Yeah, Wow! Kinda makes me want to crush their incumbent accounts when I get my new role.
