Long process that was quite disorganized. I don't know where the fault lies but the process should be more streamlined. Every step of the way, I thought they had nixed me because I stopped hearing from them, only to be surprised a few WEEKS later that I had made it to the next step. Also, it seems like they had trouble tracking who I had already spoken to or should speak to. On the bright side: -No cover letter required, which is progressive of them. -Everyone was very nice and accommodating despite the confusion. I felt like I could be myself and that they genuinely wanted to get to know me. No grilling or generic form questions.
