Unprofessional and disorganised recruitment process. I was contacted by a senior talent acquisition recruiter based in the UK regarding a position I had applied for in the Dublin office. She requested some time slots from me to get an interview set up with the hiring manager. Responded and gave a few time slots, no response. Sent a follow up email 3 or 4 days later to see how things were progressing, no response. Sent another follow up email a day or 2 later, no response. Thinking my emails might not be going through I contacted the lady on linked in as it looked like she was quite active on this, but of course no follow up to let me know what was happening with my application. At least have the decency and courtesy to let candidates know what's happening during the recruitment process instead of going radio silent and ignoring them. This only reflects badly on the company.
