First call with recruiter was easy - she asked a few standard qualifying questions to vet my experience and compare it to the job requirements. Also asked about my salary requirements
Delayed responses. It almost took 2 months but during the final round, they declined without mentioning any proper reason. Had to followup proactively, so the communication was poor. They rescheduled the final interview multiple times, as the interviewer couldn't join the call.
