Interview

I had an initial phone screening (after being referred to the company by a friend in an Associate role). About a week later, I had a video conference interview with someone in the Analyst role (he was from NY), with an Indian HR/admin/manager on via audio only. The latter asked maybe one question the whole time. The interview was fairly easy going. I asked lots of questions and I got the job offer a week or two later.

Contacted by recruiter then had initial phone screening. A webcam interview was set up with two InfoSys employees, then I was given an offer. All behavioral. Very odd that I never had an in person interview before an offer was extended.

Interview process was faster then most companies. Interview with HR then employees of the company. Interviews were comfortable and thorough. Quick response from HR post interview. Friendly and approachable staff. 1 hr web interview.
