The interview process for the System Engineer Trainee role at Infosys was smooth and comfortable. The recruiter was very polite and supportive, which helped reduce nervousness. The questions asked were mostly basic and focused on fundamentals rather than complex or tricky concepts. They covered general technical knowledge, logical thinking, and a few questions related to my background and interests. Overall, the interview felt more like a discussion than an intense evaluation, making it a positive and confidence boosting experience.

Overall easy type of questions were asked. First our introduction, then moved on to resume based questions, tech stacks used, basic HR questions, our strengths and weaknesses, relocation readiness, overall the questions were answerable.
