I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Champaign, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
I signed up the interview for Business Analyst position at the Campus Career Fair because the HR told me my internship experience is similar to the position. After couple days, the company came to the campus for interview, but they wrongly put my interview position as Systems Engineer. They said there was no other interviewers available so I have to finish interview with 2 engineers in the company. Since I had background in both business and programming, I said okay I would continue with the interview. After couple weeks which was much later than the timeline they promised, I finally got a screening phone call from them. They asked me all the questions about Systems Engineer again. I told them the position was wrong and they said they needed to check internally. After couple days, HR called me and said they wanted to hire me as a Systems Engineer... The whole process is messy and lengthy. They never follow the schedule they set.
