Interview
The whole process was divided among 2 interviews which was technical and HR.
The technical interview was relative simple. The interview started with the resume with questions around my past work experience which was followed by academic questions related to my specialization.The interview ended with the various activities I was part of in the college.
The HR interview was related to the preferences related to the location and functional are I would like to work for.

They wanted to know if one has good understanding of Agentic frameworks and building RAG pipelines.
They have also given a basic programming questions in 2 technical rounds.

What to do when a model is underfit and what to do when a model is overfit
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
