Interview
Very professional, fact based interview. Positive atmosphere kept during the interview. Some questions were surprising but overall it was manageable. Recruiter was open and active listener. Know four principles of OOP, joins in SQL, some more concepts on C#. Then a few behavioral questions lasting about 15min.

. Basic .NET questions . No programming test. Covered key topics including session state management, ACID properties in SQL, CLR concepts, differences between procedures and functions, delegates, extension methods, and usage of temp tables vs table variables. Helpful for understanding core concepts and interview preparation.
