Phone screen (which went very well), then a face to face interview (that also went very well). The end client was Microsoft and I interviewed with them too (which also seemed to go well). The negativity is lack of response. After going through three interviews in a short two week time frame, I never received any feedback. Nothing. Zilch. After one week I called the hiring manager. He told me he would check with Microsoft. At the two week mark I emailed both Infosys and Microsoft. At three weeks nothing. It has been four weeks now and I never received any sort of post interview follow-up information.
