I loved the interview process, they did turn up a little late and unorganized on the webex link. I had to take the lead to introductions, however they the Panel grilled on the questions very well as I would expect them to, ( I have had to fire resources who have gotten thru after a fake interview so I would expect anybody in the industry to ask basic and work related questions) they the panel of interviewers sounded like a smart bunch of experienced people asking questions which were good and revealing of experience and skill The HR I wish they were half as organized and professional as the working employees, they took ages to get from initial contact to interview - after my interview on 3/6/2019 they Shivanand reached to make made me a counter offer ( I had an alternate offer) on March 14th coz they took time connecting, I filled my background check document, with Mr. Kallur on 14th and today March 19th I had to call them to check background check status and spoke to Vishwanath, as I could not stall the existing offer any further and this is when he explains that they cant proceed as the amount he offered me was too high for them - No Email, No Co-ordination from their side and No Apologies - I find this appalling from anybody in Human resources as most of HR people realize they are dealing with people's career so an email on time matters. Infosys HR seems un-cordinated, slow and lack empathy and communication skills.
