Interviewed via Skype with two current employees who were consultants. They asked a series of technical and analytical questions based on my resume and the job description. Lasted about an hour. They were very polite and made it comfortable to answer questions and give feedback.

Example of an analytical question: You are a project manager and you have a team of 10 people working on a project. You and your team have about two weeks to complete the first sprint. You notice that one of your team members is falling behind. What is your course of action?
The interview process consisted of an online assessment followed by a virtual interview. The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. The process was smooth and professional, and the questions were mostly related to my background, skills, and career goals.

There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.
