Interview scheduled as per company process & convenience. 3. 1st round of technical interview & 2nd round of HR interview conducted. 4. Received offer letter are per the company policies.

1. What are the major benefits of reporting with BW over R/3? Would it be sufficient just to Web-enable R/3 Reports?
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
