Interview
The hiring process was smooth and quick . I was interviewed for React Developer role with 2.7 years experience. The first round had 2 panelist, they asked technical and project related questions, went for 45 minutes . Second round was managerial and short. HR discussion went well, I was offered the remuneration as I expected and on top of it a joining bonus. I am very grateful to their offer.

It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
