An introduction may be the first thing an interviewer asks. It is a great opportunity for them to evaluate you and for you to highlight your skills. two round interview with about two to like panelist on the call and the first call can last till up to thirty minuets if you do well then you will be schudeled for the second round which could be in a weeks time. and the second one is more like the technical interview

Interview
Not proper, no discuss proper, JD different these all are mistake, salary low. Current CTC is lower than expected, how employee will join. Not good for me, after 3 rounds they mentioned about salary. We will provide you half of your current CTC.
