Interview
A written exam consisting of English and Quantitative which was an elimination round. The written exam was followed by an Interview wherein the interview was on puzzles and determining whether the candidate will be able to communicate effectively with client or not.
The other obvious questions were like "Tell me something about yourself & where do you see yourself in next 5 years".
