I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Mumbai) in Feb 2011
Interview
It was an on campus interview. The company had a pretty tough screening test after which we had mostly an HR interview. They asked me about my percentile and why was I switching my field to software (I was from electrical background). Then they asked other HR questions like to talk about myself and my goals. It was an easy interview.
