I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infosys (Hyderābād) in Dec 2024
Interview
I have attended 3 rounds of technical interview at infosys and i cleared them as well then HR informed me that I got selected and shared the compensation details and told that I would be getting offer letter in 2 weeks of time. Almost after 15 days when I mailed them requesting offer letter HR told me that their higher authorities did not approve the offer and rejected me. That left me surprised as I performed very well in interviews and even been informed about selection. I wonder why these MNCs are wasting time of many individuals by posting face opportunities on job search platforms.
The interview process started with a virtual AI-based interview. The platform asked technical and behavioral questions related to React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, problem-solving, and previous project experience. The overall experience was smooth, and the questions were relevant to the role.
