Disgusting Interview process. Recently I got a call from someone in Infosys and he collected details. I asked about JD and Role. He had no idea. Anyways I asked to share on email.
Received an invitation directly , Title - Interview Project manger. Still they didn’t even bother to share the JD. I thought , it’s ok.
Next day , interviewer called me personally and asked Will you join on Saturday? I said , yes of course I can. He was thinking , I will say No and he has a Happy Weekend. I think he didn’t lister the chairman ever.
I joined interview call, interviewer is not even bother to ask “ How you doing ? , How are you? “. Not even his Name.
First line he speaks , tell me about yourself. PS: there is not even a please.
Anyways, I gave my introduction, interviewer ask some scripting question those are usually shared on LinkedIn by influencers. I tried best to answer but he didn’t ask a single thing which is relevant to role(well they never shared the R&R). After 20 minute, I decided not to continue.
A company full of mismanagement advise people to work 70-80 hours a week. I understand now why they do it.
They are full of stupids those don’t even know what exactly they need to do.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys (Fremont, CA) in Jul 2010
