The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Milton Keynes, England) in Nov 2022
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (San Jose, San Jose) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process started with a recruitment company that didn't understand very well about the business. I had approximately 4 interviews during the period of 1 month. I was not told about the salary or company benefits until I passed a drug test they do. The on boarding was far from decent or planned. The PM that supposedly had plan the transition haven't done it so they even weren't sure about the teams and countries we had to support. A total mess. Due to this disorganization we had a lot of attrition afterwards.
