Worst Recruting process I have ever seen. They don't have any idea how much budget they have before interviewing experienced candidate. Even though I have cleared all the technical assessment with good feedbacks, Recruting people aren't updating my current status. After certain period, they stop attending your calls, they will see ur texts but ignores them. Kind advice to the recruitment team and management: Kindly revise your recruiting process to have a good business process.
