I received two phone interviews, then a self-identification email the following week. Now it’s been silence for two weeks. Secured an offer elsewhere within that timeframe. The recruiters are also outsourced from different areas so their phone calls and emails come through as spam. I was also asked sensitive questions over the phone during the initial phone interview without an explanation of why I’m being asked. (was asked for DOB and last four of SSN)
