I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Innova (Turkey) (Ankara) in May 2013

Interview

They made me wait 45 minutes,when the the interview started a person from HR asked average questions such as which lesson I have taken and what field I want to proceed in the future and so on.In the end they told me there was a weak change of getting the intership because they were moving to a new building on the end of summer and they didnt have the space.
