I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Innova (Turkey) (Ankara) in Jan 2012

Interview

Both HR and technical manager attended to the interview. It took about 1 hour. First HR told me about the company and benefits. And after that, asked general cliche questions. Then tech. manager told me about the project and asked questions to understand my technical knowledge. In general, it was not so hard. There were no other interviews. Then they made an offer about 1 week later.
