A phone screening followed by a series of short on-site interviews. I was incredibly impressed by almost everyone I met at their headquarters. They clearly had built out an incredible culture to go with their platform. However, I was taken aback by the questions the hiring manager--who was new to the company--asked and his personal anecdotes. The interview with him felt out-of-line with the company values and left me uneasy. On the whole, InsightSquared is an incredible company that has accomplished a lot in the last few years. My primary concern is that in the company's haste to keep up with the growing demand, it may sacrifice the cultural values and customer centricity that helped to make it such a special place to work.
