The interview process at Insperity consisted of three rounds of interviews, met with a handful of managers and executives. The took place over the course of 3 weeks. I worked with one of their recruiters out of the Houston office, whom ultimately extended the offer.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
