Phone interview with HR, which was very pleasant! Next interviewed with District Manager, asked normal sales questions. Very dry humor, and laughed at his own jokes. Asked what book your currently reading. After interview, I was informed that they liked me then fell radio silent. I had to keep following up to get an answer. Come a couple months later was asked to do my final interview with regional manager and thought it went well. After interview 2 weeks went by and multiple inquiries about the process and where I stood, finally got a call from recruiter that was very quick. Thankfully I did not get the job, if this is what a small insight of what is to come, I dodged a bullet. Got multiple offers from other sales organizations with a higher roles.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
