Inspira Financial Customer Service Representative interview questions

I applied and was interviewed within 2 weeks of my application date. Maria, the recruiter was awesome. She gave me some feedback and things to brush up on when it came to the interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with the hiring manager and then the next day two more department managers. I was given an offer by the end of the week.

I was approached by the recruiter with the offer to meet for the position via email, set up a convenient time on my calendar to meet with her, she told me a bit about the position and set up an interview for me to meet with the hiring managers and Director of the department. The meeting was scheduled promptly. I was never intimidated and felt very open and confident when speaking with them about my experience and my desire for the role. I asked for information on next steps and they let me know I’d hear back in a week or two, standard. Cool. I got a job offer the next day and could not be happier with my experience with them so far.
