The interview was relaxed. It was a one on one interview (unlike group interviews at BOCES or teaching interviews with many office people involved). The woman I interviewed with has retired, but her replacement is kind. If you are there to work and learn about the kids you will get the job, you just need to show you care.

When they ask your experiences be honest. I had no special ed. experience when I started and I still got the job...because I was willing to learn.
