Interview
This is my first review ever because it was that awful. It was a 30 minute phone interview which should have been a video interview in my opinion. The recruiter started with telling me about the role, kind of. She just said "We do 2 week sprint projects and don't do internal support unless escalated, this is a mid level role with 4 other people on the team, any questions" Which I didn't have any since there was very little to go off of. I then got asked probably the weirdest question ever "What is an impossible task someone gave you" WHAT?! "not able to occur, exist, or be done" is the definition of impossible. So yeah, if it cant be done it cant be done? It should have been asked "Whats a difficult request you were given and how did you overcome it" or something like that. She was very short, not very fun to talk to and gave me really no insight on what the job actually was besides "There is projects".
