Instacart Strategy BizOps Manager interview questions

Round 1 - Recruiter screen (15 mins) Round 2 - SQL screen and case interview (48 hours to complete both) Round 3 - 4 individual 30-minute interviews with Strategy & BizOps Senior Managers and Directors. Mix of behavioral and case Round 4 - 2 additional 30-minute interviews with Strategy & BizOps Associate/Senior Associate The interviews were fine but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a recruiter. The recruiter completely ignored emails or took 5+ days to respond. After going through 4 different rounds and spending 10+ hours on the process, they took over a month to send me a generic rejection email and consistently misled me about the decision timeframe every time I asked (just one more week, just one more week I was told). After 3 weeks of this I was handed over to a different recruiter for no apparent reason, and that recruiter eventually sent me a rejection email. Then the 2nd recruiter ghosted me when I followed up with her, so I received no feedback as to why I did not receive an offer. Extremely disrespectful, I did not feel like this company cared about candidates or the candidate's experience. They sent a "welcome package" during the case interview round that included a coupon code for $20 off an Instacart purchase, but the coupon code did not work. Overall negative experience because of the almost nonexistent communication. The interviews were hit or miss - some people were friendly, one person was condescending and disinterested, and another canceled at the very last minute.
