Selected for interview based on the performance of the given assignment. Had 3 skype interviews, and one onsite interview. Interviews with engineering managers were good. Was not able to understand questions from CTO. The way he was trying to convey the question seemed odd. Throughout the process, they were clueless about what and how to hire a candidate. Almost took two weeks and 4 technical interviews to complete the process. It seemed like they cannot guarantee work life balance.

Create a team management fullstack app. You have to use Python and Django for the backend. Pretty simple. The reviewer was non-technical, though. Had local dev issues he wasn't able to himself. Very slow comms to try to help them resolve it through a third-party. Took forever.
